Land Development Practice: Residential Planning project

The objective of this land plan assignment was to design a single-family subdivision plat for a specified tract of land, following established criteria. This included maximizing lot yield, ensuring appropriate building dimensions, and incorporating essential elements such as rights-of-way, easements, and utility provisions, all while complying with local subdivision codes.
